Wheelchair access. The practice has a step-free front entrance and is wheelchair accessible on the ground floor, with an accessible toilet. The onsite pathology collection room is upstairs and is not wheelchair accessible. If you use a wheelchair or find stairs difficult, please call reception before your appointment so we can make sure the doctor or nurse you're seeing is in a ground-floor consulting room.

Newcastle Family Practice is a general practice, not an emergency department. If you or someone else is experiencing a medical emergency, call 000 straight away or go to your nearest hospital emergency department.
