Lisa graduated from Newcastle University in 1998 and been at Newcastle Family Practice since 2008. Lisa is also an international board certified lactation consultant (IBCLC).

Alex studied medicine at the University of Newcastle, and is a member of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
She joined the practice in 2019, and enjoys all aspects of general practice.
She has a keen interest in women’s and children’s health and has pursued further study in these areas, having completed a Diploma in Child Health and a National Certificate in Reproductive and Sexual Health.
Outside of work she enjoys cooking, yoga, spending time outdoors, and her vast array of pot plants.

Megan was raised in Newcastle and graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2003.
Following her training in hospitals and general practices in the region, Megan was awarded her GP fellowship in 2009.
Megan has experience in all facets of general practice, including paediatrics, Women’s health, antenatal care, mental health, chronic disease management and minor procedures.

Kenneth graduated from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Medicine, after which he completed internship and residency at Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney.
He commenced GP registrar training in Sydney and completed his training in Newcastle. He is currently undertaking further study to become a Sport and Exercise Physician, and also practices at Hunter Sports Medicine Specialists.
He enjoys all aspects of general practice, however has a keen passion for sports medicine. Each weekend he provides medical coverage for professional sporting teams such as the Newcastle Knights and Jets. Outside of work he can be found playing various sports including basketball and golf, as well as enjoying good food.

Jane is a GP Registrar, originally from Sydney, trained in Gold Coast Queensland, and now enjoying settling in by the beachside of Newcastle. Before training in General Practice, I spent 6 years training in the hospital, with a focus on emergency medicine, and rural rotations, taking me as far as Weipa, near the tip of Australia.
These experiences gave me a strong foundation in caring for a wide variety of diverse patients and all age groups. Within GP, I enjoy getting to know my patients. My aim is to listen and understand your concerns and health goals with evidence based, compassionate care.
I am also interested in global health, and am a part of ongoing health projects overseas, working alongside local health care teams.
Outside of medicine, I enjoy surfing, hiking, camping and travel with my family and spending time outdoors.

Mick graduated with honours from the University of Newcastle before working as a junior doctor at Liverpool Hospital, and Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick. Mick still takes an interest in children’s health and has completed a Diploma in Child Health. His other areas of interest include routine skin checks, men’s health, lifestyle and preventative medicine.
Mick spends his weekends ocean swimming, going to the movies and taking his family to the footy.
